Susanne House
Susanne House is a native of Shade Gap, PA and earned a Communications/Journalism degree, with an emphasis in Public Relations and minor in English, from Shippensburg University in December 2002. Following graduation, Susanne moved to Carlisle, PA and worked at Harmon Media Group (a division of Trader Publishing Company) in its national marketing department and also worked as Marketing Coordinator with Campus Door, Inc.
Susanne moved back to Huntingdon County in July 2006, taking on the position of Director of Business Outreach. This position manages several key areas including the Enterprise Zone and a cluster marketing initiative designed to entice businesses to start or move to Huntingdon County in the areas of tourism, retirement and wood products. Susanne also provides marketing support for HCBI, the KIZ and student start-ups.
