Meet Our Staff

Robert Reitman
Executive Director

Bob Reitman's resume includes many years of executive planning, product and project management, communications, manufacturing, and marketing experience. He has put together and executed many projects and solutions to meet customer needs, composing many plans and budgets in the process. He has an M.A. degree in Technical and Scientific Communication, and a B. S. in Computer Science, and Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University. Robert has served as Chapter President for the Central PA Society for Technical Communication, and as chairman of the Miller Township Planning Commission.

Prior to this appointment, Reitman served as Director of the Professional Studies in Technical Communication program at Penn State, and in managerial roles at ARRIS (formerly C-COR), Penn State, API Technologies, and Minitab in State College. He has also worked for Bell Laboratories and Nortel.

 

Debra Clark
Director of Business Development                                                                                                                          Startup Alleghenies Entrepreneur & Innovation Coach

In her role as Director of Business Development, Debra is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, clients, real estate, funding sources, etc... She assists the Executive Director to further economic development efforts throughout Huntingdon County.  Debra is also the Entrepreneur & Innovation Coach for Huntingdon and Fulton Counties through the Startup Alleghenies initiative. Prior to this appointment, Debra was HCBI's Operations Manager and also held positions within the Human Resources and Payroll/Accounting fields at The YMCA of Centre County, Huntingdon Fiberglass Products, LLC. and VideoMining Corporation. 

 

Suzanne Yingling
Administrative Assistant

Suzanne is the first person you will encounter upon entering the HCBI doors.  Her responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the office, receptionist duties, accounting, investment/membership and organizing our events.  She also assists the Directors with further economic development efforts throughout Huntingdon County.  

Prior to this appointment, Suzanne worked at CPA Associates, Edgewater Inn & Riverside Grill and First National Bank.
