KIZ Properties
Located within the geographical boundaries of the Huntingdon County/Juniata College KIZ are a variety of independently-managed properties, including the Sill Business Incubator, professional space in Historic Downtown Huntingdon and other buisness properties in Huntingdon Borough and Smithfield Township. Centrally located in the KIZ is the Sill Business Incubator, managed by the Juniata College Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (JCEL). This facility provides a collaborative environment for entrepreneurs where you can learn from one another and network with other business visionaries. Shared resources also exist which all 
tenants can use - conference rooms with state-of-the-art technology, a copier center, a mini-print shop and resource materials...and the HCBI offices are located only a few steps away. The visibility of your company is also increased, as many people from the private and public sectors tour the facilities. And after spending a few months to a few years in the Sill Business Incubator, the HCBI staff will support your transition into an area such as Historic Downtown Huntingdon, Riverview Business Center or another location in the county.
