Amy Sheaffer
Amy Sheaffer grew up in the Harrisburg Area as well as in Huntingdon County. She is a graduate of Huntingdon Area High School. After high school, she earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. Her major was Business Administration with Minors in Marketing and Management. During her senior year of college, she worked as a sales representative for AFLAC, Inc.
In 2003, Amy moved back to Huntingdon County to work as a Marketing Manager for Cisney & O’Donnell Inc. During her career with Cisney & O’Donnell, she worked on different committees in the community including PEP Marketing, board member of Junior Achievement, Marketing Chair for the Raystown Region Home & Garden Show, and as a steering committee member of the Huntingdon Young Professionals.
Amy joined the HCBI team in 2007 as Director of Business Development. Her position is responsible for the coordination of infrastructure development and sale of HCBI properties, promoting and managing the federal, state, regional and local financing programs, and collaborating with local, regional and state economic development teams to advance job creation and retention within Huntingdon County.
